  2. Hi Molly! My name is Sofi and I’m currently studying at the LCB in pasadena, ca. I was actually considering transferring to the LCB in Paris, as I’ve read wonderful reviews and I feel I need to explore Europe a bit more. What can you tell me about the school? Are the chefs ridiculously tough to the point of being unreasonable? I lived with a host family in France for my junior year and I know how French people can be sometimes. However I feel like that might be good for me if I really want to do this as a career choice. Anywho, please send me an email if you aren’t too busy. You’d really be helping a girl out! Thank you!

    • Hey Sofi!! I LOVED LCB Paris. It was a fantastic experience! I would absolutely recommend it especially if you know a bit of French. All of the chefs were so nice. Of course they had their-oh come on do we not know how to stack dishes in the sink moments tehe, but nothing like the crazy mean French chefs I was imagining. I’ll shoot you an email here in a sec!
